Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the FBI Engineering Research Facility Audio Surveillance Unit (ASU). The Management Analyst III will assist the technical program manager and supervisor with national level asset initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Assist technical program manager (EE) and supervisor with national level asset initiative (Operational Audio Deployment Group).

• Independently and with assistance, evaluate and analyze program needs, field office needs, life cycle scheduling, customer support and service needs.

• Independently and/or with some oversight and direction, research complex issues, prepare reports, processes, procedures, models, etc; and give briefings on programmatic directions, and alternatives.

• Track expenses of programs, supplies, concealments, travel and development to build time analyses of use and project future funding requirements and emerging gaps.

• Assist with technical projects as necessary, which can become increasingly complex with advancing developments.

• Assist with export issues, TTEC and IC partner liaison activities, analyze and coordinate technical request response and services for overseas deployment of specialized surveillance equipment.

• Assist program manager and supervisor with national level asset initiative (network operations of audio surveillance).

• Independently and with assistance, evaluate and analyze program needs, field office needs, life cycle scheduling, customer support and service needs.

• Independently and/or with some oversight and direction research complex issues, prepare reports, processes, procedures, models, etc; and give briefings on programmatic directions, and alternatives.

• Track expenses of programs, supplies and equipment to build time analyses of use and project future funding requirements and emerging gaps.

• Assist with technical projects as necessary, which can become increasingly complex with advancing developments and deployments.

• Assist Unit MPA, or independently perform data call consolidation, analysis, evaluation and response to meet Division required response deadlines. Many of these projects require significant research, data collection, analyses, consolidation, review and defense of proposed directions/information.

• Provide assistance or independently coordinate field and headquarters (CD and CTD) operational tracking and response times to include interfacing with other units internal and external to OTD, and customers to set priorities and deadlines, expedite multi-unit functional contributions.

• With assistance and independently, analyze and evaluate administrative and technical work flow processes, providing and implementing suggestions to improve efficiencies and cost savings.

• Work with Unit personnel to assist in the completion of various administrative, programmatic and technical projects.

• Analyze internal work issues, propose solutions, and produce written products in support of management functions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a management analyst, program analyst or other related experience supporting high-level government and military programs

• Ability to successfully complete a corporate Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks

• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance

• Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills

• Experience with various software, i.e., Windows XP, WordPerfect, MS Word, Lotus 1 2 3, Excel, and Quattro Pro

Education requirements:

• High School diploma

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
