Management Analyst IV FBI/ORU
Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support the FBI/ORU, a division of DOJ in Quantico, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Provide graphic design and visual communications planning development and management support within the front office as well as the supporting division.
• Support graphic design and other visual requests in support of the AD's strategic priorities.
• Design the entire OTD branding efforts, to include developing templates for the division's quarterly and weekly newsletters, email banners, marketing signage, presentations, infographics, web design, audio/video and other data visualization projects.
• Provide graphic support to other execs within the front office who request visual assistance in developing geospatial and heat maps and other projects.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance
• Must be able to obtain DOJ issued clearance and meet all security requirements
• Must be able to pass CGI Federal background check
• Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.
• Minimum 4 years of experience producing graphic design and content writing for executive-level audiences.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience receiving a written product and repackaging into a visual product.
• Experience producing newsletters, presentations, and/or other communication products involving complex topics and graphics for all audiences-types.
• Demonstrated ability to self-start and take initiative with minimal support or guidance.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Graphics and/or writing samples required.
Preferred Experience and Technical Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 and technical management of internal sites, including site creation, web parts, lists, libraries, and calendars, managing user permissions, and modifying other content

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.
