Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support the Strategic Vehicle Technologies Unit/Operational Technology Division of FBI in Quantico, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide operational and administrative support for the SVTU/OTD as described:

•Analyze the Technical Management Database (TMD) by delivering technology-based solutions of data and metrics needed for weekly/monthly data calls.

•Activate and deactivate devices according to court ordered documentation

•Provide the Strategic Vehicle Technologies Unit (SVTU) administrative support documenting installations and status of tracking equipment.

•Acting as co-manager of mobile device accounts with three telephone companies effectively managing costs and to ensure expenses do not exceed projected budget.

•Daily interface with Field Offices and HQ components when needed in order to maintain inventory of SVTU equipment.

•Create user guides for assigned technology as needed for unit and field use

•Ensure that requests for technical support are promptly directed to the correct individuals

• Ensuring responsiveness to technical guidance provided by the Government Program Manager; and maintain quality of performance and products that is high and consistent.

• Utilize Enterprise Process Automation System (EPAS) to enter System Access Request (SAR) for new employee accesses, produce electronic communication (ECs) in Sentinel for SVTU staff including, danger pay and bureau phone requests.

•Coordinate building maintenance and service with property management, AMU, and FFD

•Track and maintain inventory management of SVTU assets utilizing TMD and AMS

•Assist building electronic platforms by reading, understanding and following technical diagrams

•With assistance, develop wiring schematics for electronic surveillance platforms

•Research, analyze, test, and evaluate audio, video, and tracking equipment to determine technical capabilities, quality, and serviceability.

•Update, test and prepare technical equipment for deployment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have active TOP SECRET clearance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating/updating spreadsheets)

• Minimal SharePoint skills

• Thrive in fast past environment

• Team player

• Works well independently

• Eager to learn new skills

• Strong analytical skills
