Strong Experience with Oracle/SQL, NoSQL.
Experience with container management software (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).

Experience delivering APIs with NodeJS or TypeScript.
Knowledge of TDD with at least unit test automation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Agile team environment to develop cloud native, micro-service based financial services applications. The Data Architect will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze, discover, define, document, and drive the data architecture across the Credit platform domain areas (e.g. Collections, Originations, Servicing). **Your future duties and responsibilities:**
• Responsible for establishing, creating, and maintaining a Product data architecture and design by leveraging industry best practices and tools.
• Ensure structured and unstructured data is efficiently organized, stored, retrieved and processed to support real time transaction processing, batch processing, reporting and data analytics.
• Work collaboratively with product development and implementation teams to ensure data is managed efficiently and all standards are followed
• Create, maintain, and optimize logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality, reduced redundancy and improve efficiency.
• Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments. Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts.
• Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies. Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data flow related challenges across platform component architecture and propose appropriate solutions.
• Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
• 7+ years of experience using and managing a variety of data management technologies / platforms including leading technologies (i.e. RDBMS, noSQL, event streaming, columnar)
• 5+ years of experience in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Nifi/ETL, Superset/Data visualization tools
• 7+ years of experience in data modeling principles/methods across relational, noSQL, columnar and event technologies
• 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytic modelling toolsets and workloads.

• Working with business owners and technology to provide alignment of requirements, design, and implementation
