CGI is seeking a Denodo Administrator to join our team!
You will work as part of a team who supports and maintains high profile platforms for State agencies.
Includes daily interaction and coordination with CGI teams, partners and the client agency’s infrastructure team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the following:
Installation, configuration, monitoring and support of Denodo platform including upgrades and maintenance of security.
Provide Subject matter expertise on all aspects of Denodo such as setup, connectivity, user provisioning, tool integration, etc.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5+ years’ experience provisioning and supporting complex pre-production or production environments, preferably in a large organizations with many environments / code base support.
• Ability to setup Denodo with a variety of backgrounds such as SQL server, DB2, Hive, Spark SQL, etc.
• Ability to monitor performance and tune as necessary.
• Establish load balancing, Spark based caching, backups
• Good knowledge of JDBC, XML and Web Services APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform systems analysis on high availability pre-production environments within an enterprise setting.
• Collaborates with architecture, database, and application teams regarding all pre-production environments.
• Understanding of LDAP, SSL and other security concepts.
• Prepare Guides and collaborate with development teams through the design, build, and implementation phases of system deployments.
