Position Description:

As part of the Information Outsourcing (ITO) program for our client which provides critical services and support to meet the demands of the client, we are seeking a Windchill PLM Support Analyst. CGI focuses on providing reliable and available information technology solutions to aid in ensuring that our client maintains decision advantage in performing all of its myriad missions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Windchill PLM Support Analyst Job Duties:

• Support an enterprise Windchill PLM system.

• Responsibilities will entail support with enhancements, configuration changes, end user support, report development, and interface development/management.

• Work closely with the business to solicit requirements and demonstrate a design approach.

• Work as part of an IT team which will be mostly supporting end user tickets and system maintenance and the Windchill PLM enterprise expertise will be leveraged by the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Windchill business administration;

• Windchill system administration;

• Windchill development;

• ability to work on Unix/Linux systems

Windchill PLM support analyst desired Skills/Experience:

• Windchill Report Development (Query Builder, InfoEngine, Windchill API and Cognos);

• Windchill Visualization Management and Configuration;

• Windchill Workgroup Manager;

• Windchill Remote File Systems;

• Windchill MPMLink;

• Windchill Rehost Utility (cloning systems).

• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

• 5-8 years of Windchill PLM experience
