Entry level customer service, light technical and navigational support opportunity available with a leading government contractor with ample growth and skill building resources for a driven, service oriented professional to work in a fun, team oriented local office with global connections. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Answer inbound coming calls and emails from providers and suppliers

• Assist with Navigational support through CMS websites

• Reset passwords for providers and account holders

• Must be able to type 25wpm

• Must have good written and communication skills

• Must have basic computer skills in Windows operating systems

• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills

• Must be familiar with Data base entry

• Provide resolutions to end user using an internal knowledge base.

• Attend and receive all required training

• Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of all staff positions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 2 Years of Technical Support and/or telephone customer service experience preferred

  • Communication (Oral/Written)

  • Detail-oriented
