Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking highly-qualified, motivated professionals to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Health System (MHS) Enterprise Information Technology Service Integrator (EITSI) program. This critical technical program will simultaneously transform the DHA’s existing IT infrastructure, enterprise services, governance, and organizational change management through Multisourcing Services Integration (MSI), while also providing large-scale Global Service Center (GSC) help desk support.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Sr Document Support Specialist, ITIL 4 Practice Management works within the Service Management Office (SMO), reports to the (Migration Team Lead), and works with the Chief Librarian and other Senior Knowledge Librarians, Service Design SMEs, Business Analysts, and Performance QA personnel to craft and maintain documentation associated with Performance Management including SLAs and OLAs. In the first year they will participate in practice and artifact design and focus on “Walk-In-Take-Over” Service Performance Reporting, and then scale to manage large numbers of these documents as the number of supported services and service providers increase.

• Accountable for: Producing R132 Walk-In-Take-Over Service Reporting Deliverables, relevant WITO SLA and OLA templates- Creation, maintenance and continuous update of the templates as well as other routine knowledge management tasks within the service knowledge management system

• Responsible for: Integrating Performance information into the templates to create each individual document and reporting, conducting survey and baseline data collection and documentation and providing formal assessment of readiness to preform to the documented OLAs

• Coordinated with/Informed on: ITSM Toolset implementation of SLA and OLA metrics

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must possess six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency

• A Federal Investigative Standard (FIS) Tier 3 background investigation is required for this position


• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency

• ITIL4 Foundation, ITILv3 RCV or SOA Certificates

• SharePoint and ServiceNow proficiency

• Records Management

• ITIL4 DPI, DSV, or CDS Certificates

• SIAM Foundation Certificate
