Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team!

You will be responsible for leading a system integration and consulting engagement for a client using an Agile approach.

Support the team in meeting the engagement delivery goals, partnering with the Project Manager and Engagement Manager as appropriate.

Develop, implement and coach the project team on tailored Agile practices including removing impediments, coordinating with other Agile and internal support teams.

This opportunity is located in San Diego, CA or Lafayette, LA. Remote work will be considered, but PST hours must be worked.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Acts as Servant Leader to leads and guide the team ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Stand Ups, Backlog Grooming, and Iteration Review/Retrospective. May tailor or adapt ceremonies or artifacts to meet client requirements.

Manage Azure DevOps activities, create dashboards, assist with configuration, train team members, etc.

Works to remove team impediments, and creates/escalates impediments to the Project Manager or other project leads that cannot be resolved at the team level.

Works with the Product Owner and other development team members to facilitate backlog grooming.

Ensures all team features/stories/tasks aligned and maintained in DevOpst, and taskboard/backlog views available.

Provides Agile/SAFe coaching as required to development team members.

Participates in Agile ceremonies including Scrum Master Checkpoints, Scrum of Scrums, Backlog Grooming, etc., and coordinates across other teams on the train as needed.

Partners with the Project Manager as appropriate on schedule, budget and reporting related tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 to 7 years of experience

3-5 years - Proven experience with large-scale data management and software integration projects.

3-5 years - Proven experience on a project with a large number of impacted users, (i.e., at least 50 users)

2-4 years - Experience working with Microsoft DevOps

CSM or other Agile certification required

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills:

1 year - SAFe experience; SAFe certification

5 years - Project Management experience, PMP or other certification

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $78K - $150K
