Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Work on Metastorm BPM and develop software using C#/MS SQL Server.

  • Participate in requirements and business process definition sessions with client stakeholders and CGI. Map business requirements to software capabilities and / or gaps.

  • Conduct rapid prototyping on software in line with requirements definition processes to demonstrate technical feasibility of proposed solutions as appropriate.

  • Work with the Technical Lead to define and estimate software enhancement or configuration changes to support defined requirements.

  • Work with Product Engineering to develop technical designs and build software enhancements based on requirement specifications.

  • Support client implementation activities including client configuration, interface development, data migration, and software installation as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 3 years + experience developing enterprise web-based applications using Microsoft .NET frameworks

  • 3 years + experience working with a relational database platform; preferably SQL Server; including demonstrated experience writing complex SQL and stored procedures

  • Demonstrated experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to work directly with client stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical people

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Metastorm is a big plus

  • Experience with other BPM solutions is also a plus

  • Experience with 3rd party AJAX controls, particularly Telerik controls

  • Experience conducting existing system “current state” analysis and future state recommendations

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or a related field of study
