Position Description:

The Human Resources Administrator is a member of the US Regional HR Member Services (RHRMS) team supporting all CGI members in the United States, both Federal and CSG. HR Member Services is responsible for understanding and supporting all HR transaction processes in People Systems including PeopleSoft, CGI Onboarding, the HRSC, etc. This team provides compensation, payroll, benefit, leave administration, and case management support as well as complex requests and member quires. This team is also responsible for onboarding/off boarding of new members and HR file management, including audit support, acquisitions and mergers and other large scale projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver quality services to all clients in line with the GHRMS mission.

• Partner with external groups (i.e. HRBPs, Legal, Labor, Payroll, etc.) on daily basis to better support members and large projects

• Contribute to projects and initiative under the responsibility of RHRMS.

• Act proactively by providing information and recommendations to Team Leads or Manager for continuous improvement, consistency and efficiency.

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Leads on investigating service delivery issues, escalations and member complaints.

• Provide a positive image of CGI through his/her role.

• Ensure that set objectives are met as defined on the agreed performance metrics.

• Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve member data confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with security policies.

• Maintain adherence to all RHRMS and company policies and procedures.

• Assume ownership of personal development and inform RHRMS Management of perceived gaps.

• Attend, participate and pass all scheduled and requested training events and assessments required to update/broaden knowledge relevant to the role.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Human resources a plus (but not required)

• Good time management and ability to prioritize

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Well organized

• Driven to expand knowledge and grow with our company

• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and frequently
