The primary responsibility of the Human Resource Management Consultant is to assist client delivery teams with the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of CGI Advantage ERP solution within the public sector. The candidate should be familiar with all areas of HRM including but not limited to Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions. The candidate will work closely with clients and co-workers to detail business processes/requirements for HRM activities, recommend process improvements, configure the HRM application for client use, and test the application configuration. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing status reports to project managers and supervise the timely completion of scheduled tasks!
Your future duties and responsibilities:
How you'll make an impact
Proven experience configuring and/or managing ERP HRM applications
5+ years of experience in systems design and implementation
Ability to identify how changes to configuration and software within the HRM module of the Advantage HRM application will impact downstream functionality
Ability to assess requirements vs. baseline system offerings to identify and document fits versus gaps within the new application
Develop/maintain test plans, conduct system testing, and document results
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work closely with clients
Must be able to effectively juggle multiple, often competing, priorities and clients. Solid tracking and prioritization skills a must
Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professional in all situations (including high stress)
Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India
Ability to Travel to client site as needed

The determination of this range includes several factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,100 -$156,700.
