CGI Federal is seeking a Deputy Contract Director (DCD) to support the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
(a) Act as a team leader in the work of all Contractor personnel to ensure compliance with standards and operating procedures and the requirements of this contract. The DCD shall confer with the CD to address problems related to the personnel employed under this contract, and assist in the resolution of all personnel problems.
(b) Assist in providing on-the-job training in methods and procedures to newly assigned staff, and develop visual aids, as required, to promote operational efficiency.
(c) Provides delivery of reports to the ACOR that shall include projected absences of contractor personnel, hours (e.g. training, leave, or resignations) and other significant matters that impact the performance of the services. The format of the report shall be approved by the ACOR.
(d) Provides monthly written summary of tasked activities and accomplishments.
(e) Provides weekly reports as required;
(f) Provides oral and/or written briefings of projects and accomplishments as requested.
(g) Provides statistical accomplishment data as requested.
(h) The DCD shall ensure that work areas are neat and orderly at all times and that the work environment typifies a professional office atmosphere.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
College Degree required
Top Secret Clearance Eligibility required
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Minimum of 1 year lead or supervisory experience
Excellent Communication skills
Flexible attitude, willing to take on many challenges
Problem solving abilities
Display and maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
