Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Operations Technical Lead to help CGI develop the next generation of mission-enabling applications for one of our federal clients. This is an opportunity to be on the frontline working with one of the top rated Identity management tool (SailPoint Identity IQ) and providing identity governance solutions to create an identity-enabled enterprise.

As the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operational Technical Lead you will design, develop, implement and support connectors, configuration changes and other technical components for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, physical security, and audit and monitoring solutions for our information security deployments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide operational management of the Sailpoint IdentityIQ, develop and develop and maintain connectors to integrated systems like AD, mainframe, ServiceNow, Privileged Access System (CyberArk)

• Support IAM production Platform with identity Life cycle events (Joiner, Mover & Leaver) and various certifications (Manager, Role and Entitlements Certs)

• Support troubleshooting of rules, workflows, custom connectors and complex security access requests

• Support configuration of UI views, request items, approvals, access reviews and re-certifications, reports, etc.

• Analyze potential security access threat notifications and escalate as necessary

• Integrate IAM applications with common identity stores (LDAP, relational databases, application servers, virtual directory servers, physical access management systems)

• Develop a vision/roadmap for Identity & Access aligned with the Business goals and Architectural requirements.

• Lead the preparation of Software Development Life-Cycle(SDLC) Requirement Specification documents, design and Analysis document.

• Work closely with the IAM Engineer Lead, IAM Architect, IAM Program Management team, QA Lead, and Application team resources

• Define best practices for different use cases.

• Research and operationalize new identity and security features.

• Automate day to day tasks and provide self-service tools for system support.

• Develop technical documentation, and operational procedures

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• • 5+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access management (IAM) solution as a developer or operations technology lead.

• 3+ years of experience supporting Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a developer or operations technology lead in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) role in a large scale enterprise environment.

• Broad understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Application Development and Information security.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously

• Excellent understanding of the larger IT landscape.

• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers (Oracle Weblogic/Tomcat/JBoss), HTML.

• Experience with IAM systems on both Windows and UNIX (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.

• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).

• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).

• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.

• Familiarity with RBAC a plus.

• Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies.

• Excellent understanding of operating systems and application security, administration, and debugging.

• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and innovative problem-solving and evaluative skills, an ability to conduct independent research and analysis, identifying issues, formulating options, and making conclusions and recommendations.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency on complex projects and ability to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure.

• Takes personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.

• Team leader with strong technical and user support skills
