Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Budget Specialist II to support the Civil Division in DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide help desk support for E2 Travel Solutions and respond to all inquiries/issues for all users.

• Create and maintain routing workflows for E2 Travel System approvals

• Confirm CBA/GTA is setup for Voucher Transaction Fee (VTF)

• Setup E2 OBD training classes for travelers, arrangers, approvers and system administrators for all Division Components

• Process travel authorization and vouchers for the Division

• Process claims for 9/11 victims comp program using Unified Financial Management System

• Process invoices for various contracts using Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)

• Process claims for RECA(Radiation Exposure Compensation Act) using UFMS

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of relevant financial experience processing invoices

Experience with an automated Travel System

Finance or Accounting Degree

Must be able to pass a CGI background investigation

Must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance
