Serve as the CGI Director for a major cyber security program serving Federal Agencies in the Law Enforcement and Intelligence Communities. Providing overall leadership and guidance to all contract personnel and agencies, and acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to enhance and execute the mission.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Able to step in and act as the CGI sole accountable leader responsible for delivering the quality and efficiency expected by the Government in delivering cyber security capabilities and services. Responsible for delegating and assigning tasks to direct reports and all contractor personnel. Responsible for all technical efforts the overall performance multiple task orders through the optimization of CGI staffing levels and resources including managing subcontractors as one cohesive team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Experience in managing large cyber security programs, leading delivery of services against multiple task order requirements, and quickly and efficiently ramping up on personnel and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Experience in managing and supervising multi-disciplinary cyber security teams and personnel in the areas of strategic communications and program operations support; cyber security policy, planning and FISMA support; cyber security engineering; and security operations center support.
• Minimum 10 years plus of experience in managing large federated security projects.
• B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Current PMI certification.
Experience in directing the work of others on cyber security projects similar to the size, scope, and complexity of the work and environment. Ability to lead and guide cyber security project teams including directing and managing a staff to achieve program goals and objectives. Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or Director/Senior Manager of a cyber security practice preferably for a Government Agency. Understanding of federal cyber security guidance such as the Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-130; NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach; NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations, and other related cyber security standards and guidance.
