CGI is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support and shall be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the services in support of a key Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Program Division. Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Executive Secretary will support the Front Office (Chief Officer and the Senior Executive)
Responsible for the following:
o Web Content Administration using SharePoint (advanced knowledge of SharePoint is needed)
o Quality review of all products (e.g., reports, briefings, memos) leaving the office.
o Coordination/communication between the office and other internal offices to include the Commissioner’s office.
o Support communications to include preparation of executive level memos and emails.
o Prepare reports and briefings as directed.
o Track and manage internal and internal taskings
o Ability to independently determine the disposition of incoming tasks
o Maintain the office task tracking list in SharePoint
o Manage executive schedules
o Coordinate quarterly All Hand Meetings
o Perform other administrative duties as directed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Ability to obtain EOD, prefer current CBP or DHS HQ clearance. Due to clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Experience working with the Federal Government is highly desired.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least (5) years specialized experience.
