The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) provides executive and administrative support for the 93 United States Attorneys located throughout the 50 states. Such support includes legal education, administrative oversight, technical support, and the creation of uniform policies, among other responsibilities.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Organize and prepare all federal records for transfer/archives using the National Archives and Records
Administration (NARA) electronic system.
• Maintain storage of all federal record hard copies and electronic media .
• Create detailed record of all NARA transfers and retrievals.
• Advise management on approval/disapproval of record destruction in compliance with NARA’s disposal eligibility regulations for federal agencies.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals for the Department of Justice's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in
conducting legal research.
• Digitize legal documents from paper to electronic format.
• Maintain a detailed log of all incoming and outgoing mail.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have at least 4+ years of Records and Administrative experience
Must be able to successfully pass a CGI Federal background check
Must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance
