Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II to support the National Security Division in DC.

The Office of intelligence (OI) Classified Information Management Unit (CJMU) assists in the preparation and filing of a large volume of detailed legal documents and court applications in a highly time-sensitive environment. 01 leverages automated systems for case tracking, document preparation, and info1mation-sharing both within and outside the NSD and the DOJ. This position description is for litigation support resources for classified information management analytics, scanning, and processing duties.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Litigation Support Services/ Case Management

- - Scanning, indexing, filing of documents for processing

- - Assisting with special projects to support specific programs in OI

- - Provide support got case management documents and verify current data

- - Assist with court processing activity including support case information processing

- - Docketing assistance for Case Courier activity

Monitors Case Management Information Systems

  • Proficient in document imaging and quality control

  • Report analysis

  • Utilize industry standard indexing and document management applications

  • Responsible for filing and indexing case files in a searchable manner

  • Responsible for data integrity

  • Responsible for reporting and addressing information management inquiries and conduct analysis

  • Cross space data collection

  • Critical thinking for use in multi-port navigation systems

  • Monitor searches within databases

  • Validate information entered

  • Perform quality control reports

  • Coordinate with attorneys and support staff in organizing documents

Customer Support

  • Initiate follow up with supervisors, staff, and coworkers regarding technical problems

  • Provide supervisor with input regarding customer service reports and computer-generated reports

  • Notify supervisor about complex tech information or management requests in relation to workflow metrics/milestones

  • Promptly notifies appropriate supervisor or staff about unusual or complex technical information or case management requests as they relate to workflow metrics and/or milestones.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have active TOP SECRET clearance

Must be able to obtain DOJ MRPT clearance

Must be able to pass CGI Federal Background check
