Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support to CRS, a division with the Department of Justice located in DC.

Hourly wage: $43.61/hr. (non-negotiable)

Your future duties and responsibilities

The Management Analyst IV will report to the Supervisory Program Manager of the Training and Program Development Team.

Performs non- routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project.

Contacts personnel, including all Conciliation Specialist, Senior Conciliation Specialist, Regional Directors and Headquarters staff, in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work; reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others.

Oversees the alignment between case reporting and component reporting for purposes of meeting all agency established objectives, requirements, and design approaches; completed work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements by the Associate Director and Training Specialist and Deputy Director and Director upon request.

May assist with research to analyze various case reporting system designs to determine which practices work best for CRS.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Editing and proofreading skills required.

• Knowledge and understanding of administrative support functions.

• Required to be proficient in office products, such as internet/intranet, Word, Excel and PowerPoint for secretarial/word processor/spreadsheet/data base/power point requirements. Must be able to save, retrieve, edit, and present text, spreadsheets and/or charts. Prepares in final format, correspondence, statistical and managerial reports.

• Must be proficient in grammar, spelling and punctuation and is also required to produce printed materials accurately.

• Education – Bachelors preferred.

• General Experience – 4+ years of progressively responsible office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.

• Specific Experience – 4+ year experience that provides the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position to coordinate a wide-variety of duties.

• All candidates must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance and meet all security requirements.

• Must be able to work in office on client site.
