Position Description:

In support of a Federal law enforcement agency, you will support a large-scale IT outsourcing contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with intelligent and fascinating clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working together to solve complex and challenging problems faced by the agency. Working with a dynamic team, you will have opportunities to grow your career while overseeing the delivery of innovative solutions to the agency. Your role includes building a strong partnership with all project stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the definition of future project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of functional and technical resources and provide leadership, mentoring and career guidance.

  • Oversee a team of project managers/leaders to ensure all contract requirements are met.

  • Supported by SMEs, will develop and propose solutions for new requirements.

  • Manage the CGI proposal effort to respond to client requests for additional services.

  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with the primary client organization, including internal and external divisions, as well as third party vendors and partners.

  • Enable continual improvement; own a passion for innovation.

  • Track and manage overall program health reporting to senior client and company leadership.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

  • 10+ years related experience.

  • Prior program management experience leading cross-functional teams focused on delivery exceptional IT services and solutions.

  • ITIL/ITSM experience.

  • Prior capture and proposal management.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.

  • Exceptional client management skills.

  • PMP certification.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Desired skills:

  • Active DHS or DHS component EOD.

  • Prior experience working for/on federal client site.

  • Agile experience/certification.

  • Understanding/Experience with the DHS SELC.
