CGI is seeking a Director Consulting (DC) for our Waterville, Maine delivery center. This key leadership role will be responsible for overall management of the center, including member management, business development, P&L and client engagement. The Director of Consulting will be responsible for oversight of professional services engagements for a variety of clients in the financial services, public sector, healthcare, Retail, Life Sciences and Insurance Industries.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•The Waterville Director Consulting will be accountable for business development, financial management, project delivery oversight and people management in order for your business to achieve its revenue and profitability targets.
•Driving growth through effective business development and consulting activities along with the commercial acumen to capitalize on business opportunities.
•Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the financial services, public sector, healthcare, Retail, Life Sciences and Insurance Industries.
•Participating in the delivery of client engagements, ensuring the quality of services delivered, utilizing relevant project management and delivery tools
•Attracting, recruiting and supporting the career development of team members
•Fostering the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
•Operations Management - leading and managing to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Minimum 5 years of relevant, progressive leadership experience and a thorough understanding of consulting services, including revenue generation, leveraged delivery models and client satisfaction.
•Minimum of ten years of directly related IT experience.
•Ability to lead a team and provide an appropriate level of guidance and support to ensure ongoing learning and growth, as well as quality service delivery.
•Excellent interpersonal and management skills play an important role in the building of relationships with clients, key members, and strategic partners.
•Experience engaging with clients at all levels to understand needs and present class leading solutions based on industry, market and CGI services and capabilities.
•Record of accountability for developing winning proposals in a team and/or matrix environment.
•Experience conducting requirements analysis and architecting complex technical solutions.
•Strong background in continuous improvement, issue and risk management
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand project complexities and how components connect and relate to each other
•In-depth networking, credibility and relationship building skills while allowing for innovation and creativity
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear and concise business and technical documentation coupled with active listening skills.

• Strong : 10 years of Member Management experience requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
